Its location was particularly good, close enough to subway, the airpot and kids friendly restaurant. Neat and impressive rooms had facilities required.

Luxury hotel, all of the staff were helpful and friendly, favourable location to the airpot. Location: the venue was near kids friendly restaurant and metro station and KTX and taxis. And it's within walking distance of Po me in, ate there once or twice.

The location was good, relatively close to a shopping mall. My room was great-sized with an electric kettle, a fridge and a washing machine. The stuff where all well-trained and amicable.

Had a nice stay here during our trip. It was a truly exceptional hotel in a fairly nice area, near to Yongsan Station and Mall as well as Close to metro station. The bed was comfortable; the room was impressive and neat. The food was great and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

The room was reasonably large and impressive, I had satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe. The cost was me$ 344542. The location was fantastic, for example, Sinyongsan Staion was just a short walk away from the hotel. Every staff member was really helpful and amicable.

I keep coming back because I love it here. The staff were so helpful on my first visit, recommending great places to eat. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and a romantic atmosphere for a perfect escape.

Clean, hip new hotel with favourable and incredible location to the airpot. Brand-new, neat room with comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Location close to Yongsan Station and Mall and kids friendly restaurant. Great food in the restaurants such as Po me in, located 5 min away. The pool area is nice too. Late check out.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a view that took our breath away. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a touchpad that controlled everything from the curtains to the lighting. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine and the portable soundbar that we could use to play our favorite music. the welcoming complementary gift and the chocolate on our pillows were a pleasant surprise. The hotel was ideally located, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within a short walk.

We had some issues with housekeeping during our stay. There were no toiletries or water in our room when we checked in, and our bed wasn't made properly.

The location was particularly good and fantastic - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. We found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like In Style that is only 20 minutes' walk away. The suite was brand-new, very well taken care of.

I got great value for my money at Novotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff treated me with professionalism and made me feel welcome. The location next to Yongsan station was convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

We had an outstanding experience at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They provided us with complimentary vouchers for restaurants and even helped us with taxis, giving us cards with the hotel address in English and Korean. The 24x7 room service was outstanding and the food and drinks tasted great. The hotel was conveniently located near Yongsan Station and Mall, and had nice facilities like a sauna and gym.

Couldn't fault anything, our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel.
